Daniel John Arman, 77, of Wooster passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Wooster Community Hospital.

He was born on October 15, 1946, in Cleveland to Daniel E. and Ann Maczuga Arman.  On August 1, 1970, he married Karen Froehlich.  She survives.

Daniel was an electronics technician for Westinghouse and Emerson Rosemount Analytical.  He loved bottle digging, antique bottle collecting and was a member of Ohio Bottle Club.

In addition to his wife Karen, he is survived by a son Brian M. (Amber) Arman of Milford; grandchildren Nevaeh Baker, Elaine Baker, Garrett Arman, Beckett Arman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Daniel R. Arman and a sister Fran Engle.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 527 Beall Ave., Wooster with Father David Chojnacki.  Burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Friends will be received on Sunday September 29, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.

  1. I have very fond memories of Dan’s practical jokes at work all the while trying to keep a straight face. Karen’s love & commitment for her family was admirable.

  2. Missed seeing @ reunion Sunday, and sad to see Tracy’s email letting us know of Dan’s passing. Karen, I’ll always remember our fun times at bottle club & sorting buttons…
