Patsy was easily one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever known – I am honored to have gotten to know and care for her. She is missed!
Patsy and Herb, great supporters, and friends; understandings of today’s scientific rationalism in the necessary tension of The timeless transcendence — the spiritual, both focusing on the Truth that sets free. Grace, great Strength and Peace.
She always made biology interesting and had a positive attitude every day…
Our sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to the entire Himes Family 🙏
Mrs. Himes had a way to make learning fun, and I enjoyed her very much as my Biology teacher at Malabar High School. I will never forget her standing on top of a chair and making bird calls, or the look on her face when I opened up my pond sample, which had been sealed in a jar, and it stunk up the Biology room! She had us laughing with her many times!!! Thank you, Mrs. Himes!!! Rest in Peace, sweet lady!!!
So very sorry about Patsy passing!! She is in a better place now!! And so are you !! Danbury!!
