Janis Mae Imhoff, 91, of Wooster passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025, at the Wayne County Care Center.
She was born October 11, 1933, in Holmes County to Samual and Vera Michener Nickle. On April 23, 1973, she married Noel C. Imhoff. He preceded her in death on September 2, 2023.
Janis was a homemaker. She enjoyed antiquing, attending auctions & garage sales, traveling & attending Barber shop quartets, she was an artist & enjoyed painting, was an avid reader and enjoyed music and sitting on her patio watching the birds.
She is survived by her children Gary (Janey) Still of Wooster, Gregory (Pam) Still of Orrville, Laurie Hall of Dalton, Gail (Anthony) Still-Perry of Columbus; eight grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; brother Raymond (Doris) Nickle; sister-in-law Karen Nickle; numerous nieces & nephews.
Along with her husband Noel, she was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Louis E. Still, siblings Eloise Devore and Tom Nickle and a brother in law Cloyce Devore.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor Dan Wingate officiating.
Friends will be received Friday from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to the Wayne County Care Center, 876 S. Geyers Chapel Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.
