Ralph Lorenzo Knepper, 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 with his wife Carol Jean by his side.

Ralph was born to Homer L. and Mary Utzinger Knepper.  He was the oldest of three children.  He is predeceased by his sister Kaye and brother Bruce.

On October 30, 1965, he married the love of his life, Carol Jean Webb.  They were married for 59 years.

As a young man, he served his country in the US Navy.  When he returned home, he was a lineman for the electric company in Mansfield, Ohio.  Later he worked for the Gasbarre Surveying in Wooster.

He is survived by his wife Carol Jean; nephews Jim and Matt; nieces Kathy, April and Cammie and their families as well as many great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Zehner Cemetery 1940 Twp. Rd. 1255, Ashland, Ohio 44805.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
