Becky’s father Lynn and I worked together at ODOT for 20 years or so. Becky was one of my summer worker inspectors for a year or so in the mid-1980’s. She brightened up our workdays on the projects.

  28. My most heartfelt condolences to Andrew, Erin, and Alex and to Becky’s dear Mom Judy. I worked with Becky off and on over so many years at the library, from when she first started there over 30 years ago. I finally found a kindred spirit at a place that felt a little too staid and formal at the time. She brought such a sweetness and joy to the workplace. Her sense of humor matched mine to where I can say that she is one of only two people who could always make me laugh. I still have cards from her saved from decades ago because I so loved the humorous comments she would include. Everyone who knew her knows just how much she loved and cherished her family and how they were first and foremost in her life. She was going through a lot in the last few years, and I hope the peace she found extends to her dear family as they grieve her physical absence on this side. Her spirit is with us now and forever.
