Paul Thomas “Tom” Funk Jr. passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2025, in Florida.

He was born August 4, 1953, to Paul and Lavina (Hutchison) Funk in Wooster, Ohio.

He graduated from Triway High School.

Tom’s lifelong interests included music, computers, and photography.  After high school he was a drummer in a band in the Wooster area and then Palm Bay, Florida.

He worked for many years at Harris Corp. as a computer programmer.  He also worked for Builders Square, Lowes, and Best Buy as dept. manager. Before retiring he worked for Wal-Mart and Amazon.

Tom is survived by his father, Paul Funk; brother Greg (Nancy) Funk; uncles David (Carolyn) Funk of Wooster; Charles Funk of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and his significant other, Lamoon Carroll of Melbourne, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lavina Funk.

Private graveside services will be held at Reedsburg Cemetery.
