“Together Again”

Regis P. Maley Jr., 86, of Wooster passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, Ohio.

He was born on March 2, 1939, in New Eagle, Pennsylvania to Regis P. and Bernice Newman Maley.  On September 23, 1961, he married Phyllis J. Troyer, she preceded him in death on April 20, 2023.

Regis worked as a development engineer for Rubbermaid for 33 years. Regis received his master’s degree from Ashland University and his bachelor’s degree from Fenn College of Engineering in Cleveland where he was a member of TKE Fraternity. Regis was a member of Wooster Raquet Club.  He loved tennis, golf, arrowhead collecting and restoration, Native American History and Genealogy.

He is survived by his children Patrick (Margie) Maley of Wooster, Kathryn (Mike) Aller of Canton, and Elizabeth (John) McMahan of Erie, PA; grandchildren Aaron (Ruby) Maley, Michael (Crysta) Aller, Jason Aller, Joshua (Alia) McMahan, and Katrina (Joseph Magrum) McMahan; great grandchildren Isabella, Joshua and Jackson Aller.

In addition to his wife Phyllis, he was preceded in death by his parents and brother Garrett Maley.

Private family services were held.
