On August 2, 2025, the world lost a beautiful light, Christopher Allen Keith English, 32 of Raleigh, North Carolina, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and unforgettable grace.

Born on winter’s day December 31, 1992, Christopher brought warmth into the world from the very beginning.  He was the beloved son of Dorothy and Donald English of Wooster, OH, and a devoted brother to Tiffany Childress of Kentucky, Brianna English of Florida, and Jasmine Baker of Ohio.  Above all, he was a proud and loving father of Joelle Christine English, the center of his universe. Her smile mirrored his, and their bond was a testament to the purest kind of love.

Christopher graduated from Wooster High School.  He initially attended Northwestern High School where he shined in the classroom and on the athletic field.  He lettered in football, ran track with heart and speed, earning first place in the 440 yard dash. He was honored on the Dean’s List for his academic achievements.  He carried the same determination and pride into his construction career, where he built not only structures, but trust, respect and lasting friendships.

He had a smile that was truly infectious and could lift the heaviest heart and light up the darkest room. His love for life was contagious and his energy wrapped around those he loved like a warm breeze.  Christopher was a passionate, kind and deeply loving. He had a way of making you feel that you could do anything.  His hugs were healing, laughter was music and his presence was peace.

Christopher shared a bond with his mother that was unlike any other: a quiet powerful connection built on unconditional love, deep understanding and unwavering support.  In her presence, he found peace, and in his presence, she found joy. Their hearts spoke a language only they understood: one of gentle glances, shared laughter and the kind of comfort only a mother’s love can give.  He carried her strength within him and she carried his light within her.  Their love was a thread that stitched together the fabric of his life, and even now remains unbroken.

Christopher found joy in the simple things; being outdoors, the warmth of the sun on his face, the wind in his hair and the earth beneath his feet, but his greatest joy was the time spent with his daughter, Joelle. They shared stories, laughter, and quiet moments that will live forever in her heart.

Christopher was the kind of person, who made others feel seen, heard and cherished. He lifted spirits, inspired courage and gave love without hesitation. His legacy is written in the lives he touched, the memories he created and the love he gave so freely.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends and all who were blessed to know him.

“Some souls are too radiant for this world.  They shine with a light so pure, it linger long after they’re gone.  Guiding us, comforting us and reminding us of love.”

A Celebration of Christopher’s life will be held at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM.  Interment will follow in the Nashville Cemetery.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
