Catherine Ann Asburay, 76, of Wooster passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Divine at Honeytown.

She was born April 11, 1949, in Loudonville to George and Norma Jean Parker Simpkins.  In 1985 she married Harold Asburay.  He preceded her in death.

Catherine was a homemaker.  She enjoyed crocheting, cross stitch, and spending time with her kids and grandchildren.

Catherine is survived by her children James (Barbara Pohl) Heckman of West Virginia, Catherine (Charles Davis) Tomblin of West Virginia; grandchildren Hank, James II, Jacob, Annabella, Heaven, Courtney, Yvonne, Josalynn, Michael, Andrew, and Christopher; many great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Harold she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Nancy Ella Jane Wooton; grandchild Destiny; siblings George, Donna, Bonnie and Carol.

There are to be no services.
