“Together Again”

Sandra “Sandy” Lee Doheny, 80, of Wooster died on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at The Avenue of Wooster.

She was born December 31, 1944 to Clifford and Leonora Regdzzi Perry.  On June 11, 1987, she married Thomas Doheny.  He preceded her in death in 2006.

Sandy had been a homemaker and had worked as a teller at Bank One for several years.  She enjoyed shopping (only when things were on sale), reading, baking and cooking.  She was the queen of laundry.

She is survived by her son James (Shawn) Doheny of Wooster; grandchildren Anthony (Andrea) Doheny, Michael (Rachel) Choueiry, Allen (Victoria) Choueiry, Steven (Leah) Choueiry,, Daniel (Megan) Choueiry and Eric (Kori) Kronenberg; 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; half sister Wendy (Mary Beth Holman) Cioffi.

Along with her husband, Sandy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings James Perry St., Barbara Perry, Walter Perry, Clifford “Chucky” Perry and Robert Bryans.

Services will be held at a later date.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
