Charles “Chuck” Klenovich, 94 of Wooster died on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at The Avenue of Wooster.
He was born September 16, 1931 in Warren to George and Caroline Simer Klenovich. On May 9, 1952 he married Judith Clark in the Tinker Base Chapel in Oklahoma City, OK. She preceded him in death.
Chuck retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years attaining the rank of Master Sergeant. He had been the manager of the Sears Auto Department. Chuck enjoyed bowling, playing golf, polkas and was an avid sports fan following OSU, Browns and Guardians. He was a member of the Moose and a 50 year member of the American Legion Post #68.
He is survived by his children Yvonne (Lynn) Rhamy of Colorado Springs, CO, Cheryl (Ted) Pilny of Chagrin Falls, George Klenovich of Wooster and Charles Klenovich, Jr. of Centerville; grandchildren Sarah (Jeremy) Widener, Craig (Chris) Rhamy, Nick (Heidi) Rhamy, Stacey Urbanowicz, Mark Urbanowicz, Kim (Mike) Mion, Noah (Emily) Klenovich, Mischa (Kendra) Klenovich, Mariah (Justin) Klenovich and Isaiah Klenovich; step-grandchildren Theo Pilny and Jessica Pilny; many great-grandchildren; sisters Barb (John) Gantar and Carol (Lou) Morocco both of McDonald.
Along with his wife, Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held with burial in Wooster Cemetery.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
