Linda Sue Saurer, 75 of Wooster died on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at Wayne County Care Center.

She was born March 30, 1950, in Ball Fork, KY to Lawrence and Nancy Lee Ball Edwards.

Linda retired after 30 years with the Apple Creek Development Center working as an aid with the residents.  She loved crime shows, gardening, berry and mushroom picking, puzzle books, and spending time with her great grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter April (Robert) Graser of Wooster; step-children Rodney (Shannon) Saurer of Wellington and Machelle (Russ) Clayo of Seville; grandchildren Timothy Graser, Courtney Sue (Harley) Montgomery, Elise (Jacob) Burton and Mason (Anna) Clayo; 9 great-grandchildren and siblings Vivian Rowe, William (Frannie) Edwards, Larry Edwards all of KY, Verna (Ballard) Williamson of NC and Jon Edwards of Apple Creek along with many nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Atlee O. Saurer, Jr, whom she had been with for over 50 years; her parents and her siblings Barb Raber, Joann Edwards, June Shallenberger and Buddy Edwards.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Chaplain Daron Butler officiating.

Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
