Martha K. “Marty” Warner, 84, of Wooster, Ohio passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving and faithful family.
Martha was born on December 17, 1941, in Sycamore Valley, Ohio, to Wilbert and Beryl Morrison. She married Darrell Warner on September 21, 1966.
Martha spent her early childhood in Monroe County, Ohio, until her family moved to Lodi when she was in the eighth grade. She later graduated from Lodi High School in 1959.
After graduating high school, Martha worked as a waitress and later at the McIntire Basket Factory in Creston, Ohio. In 1970, she began working for Rubbermaid Inc., where she remained until her retirement in 1997. She deeply valued her time at Rubbermaid and treasured the coworkers who became like family to her.
Martha was known for her quick wit and exceptional cooking. She found joy in tending to her flowers, crafting, cheering on the Cleveland Indians, and, above all, spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was also a devoted member of the Burbank Road Church of Christ.
She is survived by her children Jeff (Carolyn) Warner and Brad (Carol) Warner all of Wooster, OH, and Megan (Brent) Steiner of Wadsworth, OH; sister, Shirley (Ken) Becker of Wooster, OH; brothers, Phil Morrison of FL, and Lonnie (Willeen) Morrison of Strongsville, OH; grandchildren, Joey, Ryan, Mallory, Caleb, Bear, Kinzley, and Mia; great grandchildren, Leo, Julia, Isabella, and Brynn.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Charlene, her husband, Darrell; nephews, Thomas Boreman, Chad Morrison, Todd Morrison and brother-in-law Ken Becker.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at McIntire, Bradham, and Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor Matt Devore officiating.
Friends will be received immediately prior to the service beginning at 11:00 a.m.

We are so sorry to hear about aunt Marty 💞 we have great memories of her. She was so funny, talented and sweet. I ran into her last year and she looked absolutely beautiful 💞I hadn’t seen her in awhile and she was just as funny and sweet as always. ( she was headed into Hobby Lobby of course🥰) our love and prayers are with you all.

My heart was broken to learn of Aunt Marty’s passing. She played a special role in my early childhood years, and I will always remember her warm and welcoming spirit, her sense of humor, and her unmistakable laugh. I have many fond memories of wonderful home-cooked meals and the beautiful crocheted blankets she made, including one in particular that I treasure to this day.
My sincere condolences to the Warner family. I know there is a hole in your hearts right now, but I hope the many happy memories you shared with her will bring comfort and peace in the days ahead.
Aunt Marty is now at peace with her Creator, and I like to think she is joyfully reunited with the family and friends who went before her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
While we are sad and will miss Marty, and we are praying for comfort for the family, we know that she is with the Lord. She has no pain or sorrow, and we will see here again because she has eternal life in Jesus.
