Pastor Tom McFadden of Wooster, Ohio peacefully walked into the arms of his Lord and Savior on June 12, 2026, after a long life lived professing the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Tom was welcomed by his faithful wife Winona, along with parents Samuel and Minnie, siblings Morgan, Bob, Dollie, Charles, Leota, Francis, and Bonnie.
Tom is survived by dear sons Ron (Brenda) McFadden, Rick McFadden, Randy McFadden of Wooster, OH, and Roger (Karen) Ball. Also survived by grandchildren Christian (Ashley) McFadden, Summer (Jason) Shinn, Randy McFadden Jr., Crystal Lewis, niece Betty Melor, nephew Jerry Melor, as well as many great grandchildren and extended family.
Pastor Tom McFadden served the congregation of Millbrook Church for many years and frequently shared the Gospel through stories of amazing grace active in his own life.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Congress Cemetery, in Congress, Ohio.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

Brother Tom has known our family for years. I loved seeing him at church each Sunday for we joked around a lot of times but out of love for each other. I’d rub his head for luck then we laugh about it. He helped me when I had spiritual questions. I only wish I was able to have visited him and I sure wish he was here to pray for me and my family. I will miss him but I know he’s happy now for he was lost without his wife. I’m so sorry for the family .
He was a wonderful man. I loved hearing him preach and talking with him. He always had a word of encouragment. Resting in the arms of our Lord now. Please accept my condolences
So sorry to hear we knew Tom and Winona for years. Our pastor at Millbrook church . We use to all sing together him my husband and Bob Edgell would play guitars.

Pastor Tom was a great man of God.i have so many memories of playing Gospel music on Sunday mornings with him and other members of the congregation, many carry in dinners, and playing Bluegrass music on Sunday afternoons. He preached the Scriptures as only a humble man would and was a father figure to many. If you failed, as we all do,he would be the first to help get back on your feet.

Pastor Tom, I am so grateful for the years I went to your church. I’ve had learned so much from you and Winona. Blessed to have had you in my life.
I enjoyed caring for Thomas at Sprenger nursing home. I would sit on the side of his bed and listen to his stories. And how Jesus became his life. 💓 ill forever be grateful for his stories and his love for God.
I have many fond memories of Tom & Winona. My favorite is that, when I was little, I accidentally let their guinea pig out of its cage, and we had to chase it around all the over to get it back into its cage. For a long time afterward, he would always give me a good-natured ribbing about it, and we would have a good laugh.
I loved his sense of humor and his interesting stories. He was a very kind and wonderful gentleman.
RIP, Tom. You will be missed by so many.
