Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Harper, 66, of Warsaw died on Monday, June 15, 2026 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.

She was born September 18, 1959 in New Philadelphia to Robert and Peggy Ann Stover.

Cindy worked for many years in the insurance industry and loved to cook, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners.  She also enjoyed gardening and traveling with Matt.

She is survived by her sons Joshua Harper and Ryan Harper; her partner of over 10 years Matt Hanners; sister Patricia (Jerry) Archer; brother Robert Dreher; niece Meredith (Noah) Whitener; nephews Mitchell (Tori) Vaugh Archer, Matthew (Martha) Dreher, Marcus (Lindsay) Dreher and Michael (Cheyenne) Dreher; great nieces and nephews Pepper Whitener, Xavier, Delaney, Alexander and Gabriel Dreher.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother Jean Dreher; step-father Norman Stover and a step-sister Violet Stover-Wells.

There will be no services.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
