Deborah K. Walton, 63, of Wooster, entered into eternal rest with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
She was born on August 31, 1962, in Dover, Ohio. Deborah was the daughter of Donald Lamb and Mamie Blackwell. On December 26, 1989, she married William “Bill” Walton, beginning a marriage that spanned over 36 years.
Deborah worked at several area restaurants and as a labeler at D & S Distribution in Wooster, Ohio. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, and talking about her daughters and grandchildren. She had three beautiful daughters, who she loved and was very proud of always, and four grandchildren she loved and cherished.
She is survived by her beloved husband, William; their daughters, Tara Walton of Wooster, Amanda (Louis) Butram of Orrville, and Cheyenne Walton of Wooster; grandchildren Matthew Butram, Serenity Glass, Xander Glass, and Trevor Fieg, Jr.; her brother, William (Terri) Lamb of Valley City, Ohio and Michael Lamb of Wooster, Ohio.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wooster’s James Cancer Network, 1761 Beall Ave #1, Wooster, OH 44691.
Friends will be received at 5PM to 7PM on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill Street, Wooster.

Yes it saddened us to announce the passing of our loved one Deb.
Her life was not easy but her family gave her encouragement and strength.Throughout her journey of illnesses, she tried to always put her best foot forward.She was appreciative to all who cared for her ,and knew she had the best care giver:her husband Bill. In her last
days she carried that strength and
encouragement she was shown earlier by her family and gave it right
back them.Each lasting days of smiles,last laughs,and cherished
memories.Deb had poise and grace ,no complaints,no struggles and
passed with dignity and peace.WOW what an tribute to her.
As each of the family members were
releasing their clasped hands from hers, she knew not to be afraid for
Jesus would be right there to carry
her to/thru the gates of heaven.
Now, all that knew and loved her shall
carry everyday our memories of her,the smiles, laughs and quirky
comments she would make.
We are so proud of you and what you accomplished.
Deb will forever be in our hearts.

To Bill and family, Ive known Debby since she was a teen, She was friends with my family, the Griffiths, She called my sister , Libby, her mom and me her aunt. THe teen Griffiths were good friends with her too, What a dynamic , but sweet girl, who became a wonderful woman! She is in good hands, sleeping in God memory, waiting for the resurrection.
