In Loving Memory of Timothy Massaro.
It is with deep sadness and love that we announce the passing of Timothy Michael Massaro who entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at the age of 73.
He retired after 30 years working for Rubbermaid and 20 years at Rick Rousch Honda. Tim was a man who brought joy wherever he went. He loved to laugh, dance, and spend time with those he loved most. Whether he was enjoying good music, or sharing stories with family and friends, he had a way of making every gathering brighter. Tim also loved car racing and sports cars and enjoyed all sports, most of all his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. He also loved music, dancing, attending the Italian Festivals, being out and about, entertaining and Karen’s cooking. He had been a member of both the Porche Club of America and the BMW Club of America
Above all else, he cherished his family. He was a devoted father, grandfather, husband, and friend whose love and support were unwavering. He was always there when needed, offering encouragement, wisdom, and a smile. He took great pride in his children, his sons, Todd and Andrew, and daughter, Audrey delighted in celebrating their accomplishments.
Those who knew him will remember his warm heart, infectious sense of humor, love of dancing, and the joy he found in simply being surrounded by family. His legacy of love, laughter, and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Harms Massaro, whom he married in July of 1998; children Todd (Katie) Massaro of Akron, Audrey (Matthew) Munyan of Lodi, Andrew Casey of Springfield, IL; grandchildren Lauren Massaro, Louis Massaro, Jacob Munyan, Evelyn Munyan, Raymond Munyan, Graysen Bilyeu and Sawyer Casey.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents Albert Massaro and Catherine Santangelo Massaro.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 527 Beall Ave., Wooster with Rev. Daniel Reed.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the mass in the parish hall.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace and reunited with those who have gone before him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

It was a long time ago that I worked with Tim at Rubbermaid. What I remember most was his smile and kindness.
The Massaro family treated us all as family. We were blessed to be included in that. Post prom at the Massaro house was a treat. We all were welcome to stop in. This was a friendship that never stopped.

Tim was a stand up guy that I had the pleasure to work with for twenty years. He had a heart of gold and a laugh that would light up a room. He was my go too when I needed a new place to eat. My condolences to the Masaro family, but his memory will leave a lasting impact on all of us.

Mod Lod was a classic. We became friends many years ago, can’t remember exactly when. I think it was when we worked together at the College of Wooster landscaping dept. my brother and I spent many a night at Tim’s with Al and Tillie. Always the best “hosts”. Whether it was his mustard colored MGB that he was so proud of or playing golf or just hanging out, the memories are still so fresh.
RIP Tim. Thank you for your friendship. You’ll be missed.
My best friend in High School. He was supportive and Al and Tilly were second family. Spent more time there than at home. He had the best cars, best dancer, and clothes including platform shoes! Stayed in touch thru the years and bought my daughters Hondas from him. Gonna miss him. God Bless you Mod Lod.
