Beth Ann Smith, 76, of Wooster, passed away at home on June 27, 2026.
She was born on September 23, 1949, in Millersburg, Ohio to Raymond E. and Rosalie A. Dewitt Martin.
Beth worked as a legal secretary for Logee, Lehman, and Reynolds, was an administrative assistant for Columbia Gas Transmission of Ohio and worked as an administrator for Buehler’s. In 1967, she graduated from West Holmes High School and attended the Columbus School of Business. She loved thrift shopping, working on puzzles, and volunteering at the Victorian House in Millersburg and Every Woman’s House in Wooster.
She is survived by her children Amy (Gary) Hart of Wooster and Michael (Melissa) Smith of Wesley Chapel, Florida; grandchildren Zachary and Kaitlyn Hoffa and Emma Smith; brother Larry Martin of Big Prairie; sisters Patricia S. (Dan) Doolittle of Walnut Creek and Nancy (Jim) Shaffer of Wooster.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents; sister Shirley Reiheld; brothers Jeffrey “Mutt” Martin and Timothy Martin.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
Private family services will be held.

Beth was my administrative assistant at Colombia Gas Transmission for several years. She was extremely organized and that was I needed. She had concerns for others and less concern for herself. Michael and Amy were her life. Condolences to Michael and Amy’s Family. Heartache will eventually be replaced with memories that will never be lost!
