Jayden Lee Polen, 2 months old, of Wooster died on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

He was born May 17, 2026 in Wooster to Jerred Polen and Destiney Starks.  Jayden was very happy and cheerful.  Our beloved son, our sunshine, our hearts.  A beloved brother, Jaylin and Raiden loved being around the little guy.  Jaylin always carried him as hers.  She loved her brother dearly.  We all did.  Jayden was always wanting his parents that he loved.  He was always engaged in light dancing and his favorite was watching anything on the TV.  He was of course a baby and loved to cuddle with his parents.  He loved being talked to and being played with.  He always enjoyed being tickled on his chin and under his neck.

Anytime we would say Jayden’s name he’d light up with a smile and start cooing.  Jaylin also would look for her baby from the moment she opened her eyes.  Raiden James would smile so big when he saw his brother, Jayden Lee Polen.  Our precious baby boy has now proceeded into heaven with his great-grandmas Connie and Norma, grandpa Mike and many other beloved family members.

As we all grieve the loss of Jayden, his family down here consists of dad Jerred Polen; mom Destiney Starks; siblings Jaylin Polen and Raiden Polen; grandparents Shannon Polen, Sherry DeBono and Jay Polen; great-grandparents Tammy Polen, John Polen; aunts and uncles Autumn Wolfe, Miranda Polen, Haylie Polen, Josh Polen, Justin Polen, Rocco Debono; cousins Wayde Siedel, Greyson DeBono, Alaya DeBono and Eastyn DeBono.

We love you and miss you so much Jayden Lee, forever will your name live on and never be forgotten.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.

Friends will be received from 3:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
