Alice Catherine Olson, 90, of Wooster, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at her home.
Alice was born July 3, 1928, in Orrville, Ohio, the daughter of George Homer and Mary Belle (Smith) Reynolds.   She married William Vernon Olson on April 25, 1953.   He survives.
She is survived by one daughter, Leanne Marie (Olson) Streit and her husband Philip of Houston, Texas, and one grandson, Austin Anthony Streit, also of Houston. She is also survived by one sister, Elizabeth Gensler, of Wooster, and many nieces and nephews along with their families.
Alice was employed for many years doing secretarial and bookkeeping work for several different offices.   Alice and her husband operated a small ceramic shop for a number of years and belonged to the National Plastercraft and Midwest Plastercraft Associations.   Alice and her husband took numerous small tours and she enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, plastic canvas, sewing and reading.
At her request there will be no calling hours and a private family service will be held.     For service information call her son-in-law Philip at 949-310-3001.   Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster.   McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home in Wooster is handling arrangements.
Alice was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and sisters Evelyn Ruth Forfia and Martha Jean Humes, and her brother, Robert W. Reynolds.
