  14. My thoughts and prayers for the family. Alice was a wonderful person; giving and thoughtful with her time, and patient beyond measure. It was my privilege to work with her for 4 years, and chat with her often after I left the company. I will miss her exasperated sighs and her ability to turn a dark spot to light, for herself and others.

  16. I was one of Alice’s cat buddies, from when she got her first breeding cat from me almost thirteen years ago. We talked on the phone for literally hours at a time, and I miss her terribly; she leaves a huge hole. Although her devotion to her cats eventually overwhelmed her ability to manage the demands of her job, her health, and day to day household obligations as she grew older, I and many of her friends were hoping that she would regain enough physical ability to catch up with all of those things as she anticipated retirement. So sad that it was not to be. I always enjoyed her stories from her growing up years on the farm, and her recollections of her time with her dad. My sincere condolences to Priscilla, Doug, and all the kids, grandkids, etc. She loved you all.

  19. On behalf of TICA Great Lakes Region, we wish to express our deepest sympathies to Alice’s family. Alice was a big part of our organization and was known for her beautiful Thai Cats and her active work within her club: Buckeye Ohio Rollers cat club, and was in charge of our upcoming regional show and banquet to be held this summer. Alice could always be counted on to get the job done. We will miss her! May she rest in peace and be reunited at the rainbow bridge with all of her cats which have gone on before her.
