WOOSTER – Rev. Alois GRABIANOWSKI, 85, of Wooster passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 at the Horn Nursing Home.
He was born June 27, 1923 in Buffalo, NY, son of Leon and Cecelia Wenski Grabianowski.
He was a minister had been a tool and dye maker.
Surviving are his children Paul (Lorraine) Grabianowski of Norton, MA, Timothy Grabianowski of Ohio City, John A. Grabianowski of Caldwell, Barbara (Jerry) Sawyer of Nassau, Bahamas, and Joy (Tom) Wojnarowski of Greensboro, MD; 19 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and sisters Irene Wilke and Emily Sokolaski both of Buffalo.
Rev. Grabianowski was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Alice Grabianowski, on June 5, 2007 to whom he had been married 61 years.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the 11:00 A.M. service on Friday, April 24, 2009 at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster. Burial will be at the Greenlawn Cemerty in Akron.
