She had worked for Rubbermaid for in the Packing Department for 33 years. Member of the Central Christian Church. Arlene enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting. She had spent a lot of time at her home on Middle Bass Island.
Surviving are son, James (Judy) Shamp of Millersburg; grandchildren Tara Shamp Dean and her husband Travis and Samantha Shamp; step grandchildren
Michael and Kelly Soemisch and Jennifer Soemisch; great granddaughter Kathryn Dean and step great grandchildren Haley and Ashley Soemisch.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Fry in 1991 whom she
married March 8, 1982 and her first husband, Richard Shamp in 1978 whom she married August 5, 1939, a daughter Sheila K. Shamp in 1940 and by a sister Cleo Peterman and brothers Kenneth, Denzel and Bruce Peterman.
