Bernard D. Dale Holliday, III, 36, of Wooster died on Sunday, March 27, 2022 in Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born December 16, 1985 in Orrville to Bernard D. Jr. and Kelly Carr Holliday.
Dale had been a painter and enjoyed using his metal detector, collecting rocks and chains, fishing and playing cards. He was an excellent poker player. Dale was a loving person and a fierce protector of his family.
He is survived by his parents of Wooster; children Caden Dale and Mia Alexandria Holliday both of Wooster; sisters Dana (Phil) Marks, Jessica Pearson, Holly (Ryan) Woodruff all of Wooster and Haley (Raymond II) Denny of Trinity, NC and paternal grandparents Bernard Sr., (Fronie) Holliday of Wooster.
Dale was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ray Carr and Dana Wright.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 1:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
Friends will be received from 11:00 AM until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
