  2. We are praying for TOM and ceciles family.Cecil was like a grandmother to our children when we lived across the street from her and tom.Our children were 1 and 2 when we moved in. They watched them grow up til we moved away. They were great neighbors always there to lend a helping hand. Cecile always cooked for us and brought meals over when I went thru my cancer and at Christmas she always brought over homemade candy. We were glad we got to visit with her on our last visit to wooster unfortunately it was in the hospital. She will be greatly missed by our family.

  4. I send my deepest sympathy to Tom and the family. Tom helped us put in our 1st. fuel oil furnace and hook everything up. He was our fuel oil deliveryman until he retired. Richard had known him before we were married. He was very good to us. Did not know Cecile very well.
