WOOSTER Chestin Lee Ady Jessie Wengerd, 44, of Wooster passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at her home.
She was born January 18, 1972 in Orrville, the daughter of Chester and Kathy Howell Ady.
She had worked as an STNA in a nursing home. She enjoyed writing poems and reading poetry.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, Chester (Hazel) Ady of Orrville; her children, Ashlee Mottle of Wooster, Robert Petey and Dakota Baldwin of Wooster and Joe (Amber) Miles of Texas; a granddaughter, Madelon Emma of Texas; special uncles, Robert and Roger Howell and aunt Deanna DeeDee (Tim) Johnson and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Ady, and her grandparents, Robert (Mary Ellen) Howell and Milton (Stella) Ady.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. service on Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Harvest Hill Church of the Nazarene, 1235 Back Massillon Rd., Orrville with the Rev. Scott Maglott officiating. Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
