PERRYSVILLE – Daniel L. Greegor, 89 , of Perrysville passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Aultman-Orrville Hospital.
He was born February 4, 1928 in Loudonville, Ohio the son of Charles and Florence Young Greegor.
Daniel had worked as a Carpenter for Don Campbell and Son retiring after 33 years. He served his country with the United States Army. Daniel was a charter member of the Dalton Baptist Church. He enjoyed bowling, golf and woodworking.
Surviving is his wife, Bonnie Scott Greegor of Perrysville whom he married on August 23, 1980. Children: David (Katherine) Greegor, of Dalton, Michael Greegor of Apple Creek, Daniel (Evelyn) Greegor of Niles, Michigan and Catherine (Mitch) Hostetler of Apple Creek. 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife; Altha Pauline Houser Greegor in 1975, one brother, 2 sisters and a daughter in law; Linda Greegor.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Dalton Baptist Church 400 Lincolnview Dr. Dalton, Ohio with Pastor David Greegor officiating. Burial will follow in Dalton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dalton Baptist Church 400 Lincolnview Dr. Dalton, Ohio.
