Donna Sue Jones, 59, of West Salem, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in Wooster Community Hospital.

She was born April 29, 1957 in Pikeville, KY to John William and Etta Belcher Carney. 

Donna had worked in retail for many years and most recently as a cashier at Lehman’s Hardware and at Corning Ware.  She enjoyed her family and grandchildren and loved going to Lake Erie and going to see the lighthouses.

She is survived by her daughters Ashley (Brandon) Schlagenhauser of Wooster, Liz (Ryan) Jenkins and Audrey Jones both of West Salem; grandchildren Jayce and Lucas Jenkins and Sydney Schlagenhauser; sisters Ann Gosser of Elizabethtown, KY and Nancy Varney of Johnson City, TN; and her ex-husband and friend Jack Jones of Wooster.

Friends will be received one hour prior to the 1:00 PM service on Friday, April 7, 2017 at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor Rob Martin officiating.  Entombment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
