Doris L. Griffith, 86, of Wooster died Saturday, March 3, 2018 at her home.
She was born April 6, 1931 in Apple Creek to Melvin and Della Franks Sigler. On October 5, 1956, she married Virgil D. Fuzz Griffith. He preceded her in death in 2017.
Doris was a homemaker and had worked as a secretary for her and her husband s building contracting business. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her only grandchild, Cody Dilgard.
She is survived by her daughter, Lesa (Brian) Griffith-Dilgard and her grandson Cody Dilgard both of Wooster.
Along with her husband, Doris was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Elsie Weaver, Edwin and Raymond Sigler.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to LifeCare Hospice for all of their dedication and wonderful care for Doris and her family.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
