Doris Nadeanne Stauffer, 90, of Apple Creek, died Monday, August 12, 2019 at Wayne County Care Center.
She was born August 30, 1928 in Wooster to Frank and Erma Dodez.   She married Wilbur Stauffer who preceded her in death in 2012.
Doris was a homemaker who loved bird watching and putting puzzles together.   She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting and games.   She was a Jehovah ™s Witness.
She is survived by her children Lorinda Stauffer of Dalton, Gil Stauffer of Apple Creek, Les (Janet) Stauffer of TX, Jim (Robin) Stauffer of Billings, MT and Kim Stauffer of Apple Creek; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Doris was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.  
There will be no services or calling hours.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
