WOOSTER - Eugenia "Jean" Marie Wickham, 84, of Wooster, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Orrville Pointe Nursing Home in Orrville.
She was born January 15, 1933 in Akron, the daughter of Ralph Joseph and Helen Agnes Krauza Bash. She married Edward Eugene Wickham on September 18, 1954. He preceded her in death on December 5, 1995.
Jean was a graduate of Loudonville High School and the St. Thomas School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse, a homemaker and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She loved gardening, sewing and reading.
Surviving are her children Michael Edward (Sharon Curry) Wickham of Rogers, AR, J. Matthew (Jill) Wickham,daughter, Lisa Marie (Robert) Giauque and Eric Andrew (Gail) Wickham all of Wooster; grandchildren, Eric, Brian, and Tony Giauque, Jonathan "Boomer" Wickham and Matt Troyer; great-grandchildren, Chandler, Madison,, Brandt, David, Colton and Gavin Giauque; her siblings, Ralph (Jamie) Bash of Roxboro, NC, Michael (Joy) Bash of Loudonville, William Bash and Rita Denholm both of Akron, Barbara (Dick) Porter of Loudonville, Mary (Dave) Hudson and Elizabeth Massaro both of Wooster.
In addition to her husband, Ed, she was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 5-8:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 527 Beall Ave., Wooster with Rev. Stephen Moran as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the Loudonville Cemetery.
