  5. An angel that lived here on earth. Strong, smart, sometimes stubborn, devoted Christian, are just a few of many words that can describe this beautiful person. She spent most of her life sacrificing for those she loved. Memories… rice krispie treats being pushed into a pan with a wooden spoon; half a peach with some cottage cheese on top; chiclets gum, you only get one; making eggnog with hand beaters; coffee cake; going out to pick your switch off the tree, for when you were naughty; her big white peonies that she grew out back; watching ALL of the Sunday morning evangelists on TV. I can still picture her sitting in her rocking recliner with her eyes closed praying on Sunday mornings. Thank you for being there when nobody else was. Rest in peace sweet grandmother.
