Freda B. Derkovich, 91, of Wooster died Friday, February 15, 2019 at Smithville Western Care Center.
She was born December 12, 1927 in McHenry, KY to Charlie and Stella Beasley McDaniel. She moved to Wooster in 1944 and in 1950, she married Robert Derkovich. He preceded her in death in September 1992.
She was a homemaker.
Freda is survived by her son Mark (Anita) Derkovich of HI; siblings Margaret Peg Persinger and Harry McDaniel; sister-in-law Wilda McDaniel and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her husband, Freda was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Charles McDaniel and a sister-in-law Marjean McDaniel.
There will be no calling hours.
Private family services will take place.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
