WOOSTER “ Gladys O. œGaby  Linch, 77, of Wooster passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at her home.
She was born May 30, 1942 in Milton, Florida, the daughter of William and Mamie Nix Council.   She married Terrence A. Linch, Sr. on June 18, 1962.   He survives.
Gaby had worked for Regal Ware for 20 years and then for ten years at Nice As New.   She had attended West Hill Baptist Church.   She enjoyed cooking, traveling, and enjoyed wintering in Mississippi and Florida.   Gaby loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Terrence, are her children, Terry Linch, Jr. of Wooster and Scott (Kelley) Linch of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Brad Linch, Andy (Lacey) Linch and Tyler Linch and a brother, (Douglas (Linda) Council of Milton, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Cathy Goforth in 2017 and siblings, Willaford, Gene, Lester, Vernon, Gordon Council, Mildred Guyano and Shirley Barlow.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 5-8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Wingate officiating.   Burial will follow in the Wooster Cemetery.
