WOOSTER – Harry W Millhuff, 95, of Wooster, OH, passed away Monday, October 6, 2008 in Wooster Community Hospital.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday evening from 4-7:00 P.M.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 P.M. with the Rev. Dr. David Wilcox officiating. Burial will follow in the Wooster Cemetery.

He was born September 7, 1913 in Sciotoville, OH, son of Clyde and Susan R. Willis Millhuff.
He was a graduate of The Ohio State University in the class of 1938 and also Bliss Business College. Prior to entering the U.S. Army, he taught the R.O.T.C. class at the University of Akron. He was a Captain in the U.S. Army serving with the 37th Division in the Philipinbes and he also served in the Army Reserves. Following his military career he taught shorthand and typing at Smithville High School, taught business courses at Wooster High School and then joined the Wooster Brush Company retiring as Office Manager in 1979 after 28-1/2 years of service. During this time he also taught a business administration class at the College of Wooster and continuing to work at the College at the Golf Course until this past Friday.
He was a member of the Wooster United Methodist Church, a 53 year member of the Wooster Noon Lions Club where he was the 1993 Lion of the Year was also a Melvin Jones Fellowship recipient, he was a member of A.M.S., the Masonic Lodge in Sciotoville and he was a past president of the OSU Alumni Association in Wayne Co.
Surviving are wife, Doris Spencer Hone Millhuff, whom he married in 1979; daughter, Sandy (Mike) Harris of Houston, TX, Step-daughter, Karen (Bill) De Rodes of Wooster, OH, Step-son, Don (Noreen) Hone of Athen, OH, grandchildren Michael and Colleen Harris of Houston, Greg and Kara De Rodes of Wooster, Lora and Eric McConnell of Hillard, OH, Jacob, Rachel and Kyle Hone of Athens, great grandchildren Sophia and Tate Harris, Nathan, Morgan, Luke De Rodes.
Harry was preceded in death by his first wife Nova Pauline Finefrock Millhuff in 1976.
