Helen E. Snyder, 87, of Wooster died Friday, March 19, 2010 at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon.
She was born January 2, 1923 in Akron, daughter of the late Walter S. and Martha (Stair) Reynolds.
Helen married her husband, Richard H. Snyder in 1942. He preceded her in death in 2001
She was a member of Wayne Presbyterian Church and was the Office Manager at AAA for 35 years Helen was on the Board at Commerical Savings and Trust (now Central Trust) and a member of Quota Club.
Surviving are nephews and nieces.
Along with her husband and parents, Helen was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Landis.
Services will be held at Wayne Presbyterian Church, 7152 Burbank Road, Wooster on Wednesday March 24 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Bob Meyer officiating. Interment will follow in the Wayne Presbyterian Church Cemetery,
Friends will be received at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be directed to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greater Wayne County, 2525 Back Orrville Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
