WOOSTER – John Douglas JD WILSON, 58 of Wooster, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 in Wooster Community Hospital.
A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Rainbow Field.. Everyone is welcome to come and fly your kites.
McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
Those who wish may make contributions to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
Born January 2, 1950 in Hamilton, OH, he was the son of James Darwin and Merle Margaret Wilson.
He worked security for Wal Mart. Member of the Ohio Society for the elevation of Kites aka American Kiters Assn. He was known as the Kite Guy.
Surviving are his wife, JoEllen Bowen-Wilson, his mother of Hamilton, OH; a daughter, Randi-Jo Brenner and a son, Jadd Wilson both of Wooster; 2 grandchildren; brothers, Jamie Wilson of Frankfort, KY and Jerry Dale Wilson of Lexington, KY and an Uncle, Dale King of Hamilton, OH.
