  9. His bright eyes and smile I will always remember !! Was he EVER in a bad mood ? My sincere sympathy to you all. My best memories of John were on the potato picker. We got a huge smile when we arrived and a huge smile when we left at the end of the day when we were pretty dirty. He was a joy to work for. In his later years I occasionally would see him walking and it would bring a smile to my heart. My 87 year old mother also worked on the potato picker and then more recently had a water exercise class with John. Cherish your memories and again my sympathy. “A life well lived”. Much love – Deb Underwood
