ORRVILLE “ John P. Locke, Sr., 46, of Orrville passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Ohio ™s Hospice LifeCare in Wooster.
He was born September 19, 1972 in Quaker Town, Pennsylvania, the son of Frank and Florence Chubb Locke.
He had worked as a machine operator in the steel industry.   John enjoyed art, woodworking and mechanical drafting.
He proudly served his country with the US. Army.
Surviving are his children, Jennifer (Mikel) Eatherton of Florida, Jacob Locke of Wooster, Kasie Locke, Cory Locke, John Locke, Jr. and Rylee Yost all of Orrville; his parents of Florida; grandchildren, Ryan, James, Ethan and William Eatherton; siblings, Christopher Locke of Oklahoma, Joseph Locke of Florida, Michael Locke and Steven Locke both of Pennsylvania, and his girlfriend; Tasha Yost of Orrville.
There will be no calling hours.
Inurnment of cremains will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 12:30 p.m.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
