joyce was a salt of the earth woman who loved to laugh and plan adventures, small and large. she was our neighbor and friend when she lived on cher court. we had wonderful meals and talks. on one occasion I took her to her doctor after a fall and the whole time she was talking about what she was going to do once the broken part healed. she was a treasure and her love will bless her family and all her knew her forever.

I'm so sorry to read of the loss of Mrs. Chenevey. Please know that you are all in my prayers as you navigate this loss without the physical support of friends and family. She was always such a fun and welcoming mom, and she always had a smile waiting to bestow on anyone she encountered. Know that even though we cannot be there to express our sympathy, you don't grieve alone. Hugs to all, Carla

As a kid you can never have enough Mom figures in your life to help you grow, learn and laugh. Mom Chenevey was a great one and for that I am blessed. My prayers for comfort Paula, my friend and college roommate, and to your family may the memories sustain your continued walk on this earth. May the Lord bless you and keep you!

As a resident at Wayne Manor Joyce became my friend. We shared good and sad times together . Joyce is not really gone she lives within my heart. She will live in your heart also as you share so many loving memories of her. God bless.

We send our thoughts and prayers to you all in this difficult time. I was blessed to know Joyce and the family for many years.

I met Aunt Joyce and Uncle Mel when I was just dating their nephew, Gale(57 yrs ago) and they were so friendly and loving and made me feel welcome to the Family. Aunt Joyce always looked beautiful and was full of joy and laughter. I will remember her at the 2019 Chenevey Reunion when almost all her Family came to celebrate her 90th Birthday.I can still see her tossing water balloons and wearing the pink boa I got her. She will be missed.RIP Aunt Joyce

I will always remember my grandmas perfume and the way she laughed! She will be greatly missed. Much love.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. As her case manager for a number of years(before Wayne Manor being reassigned) I was lucky to get to meet a very feisty, caring, loving woman. She loved her family and appreciated all that they did for her and provided to her. She appreciated each and every one of you for different things. I am very sorry for your loss.

Dear Jeanne and family, Your parents made me feel as if I was part of your family. I remember them as full of laughter, love, and fun. You did so much to make sure that your Mom was surrounded by love. As much as you'll miss her, you can be sure that she was proud of every one of you. Your Mom made this world a better place. Love you!

To all of our Chenevey cousins...our thoughts and prayers go out to you all...Aunt Joyce was such a fun person to be around and she will be missed. We have wonderful memories to hold dear...and so glad for the wonderful birthday celebration at our last Chenevey reunion. We are so sorry for your loss. Love you all!

Jeannie, I am so sorry. It's hard to lose your Mom. I know. Hugs

60 years ago, Mr and Mrs Chenevey were customers on my paper route. I always enjoyed seeing and talking with their children and them; both on my paper route and at St. Mary's Church. The family was so happy and parents so kind. God bless the Chenevey family. Mrs Chenevey joins many of her dear friends and husband in Heaven.

I remember how Aunt Joyce always made me feel special, her great smile, fireworks at the house when we were kids. I am sorry for loss of you mother. Sending love and light.

I just found out about Aunt Joyce's passing. I'll be praying for your comfort and peace at this time and look forward to seeing you when that is possible. I loved Aunt Joyce, she was always so much fun. She lived a long life to 90 like her sister Gina, my mom. Today is 2 years since my mom's passing. Now they are together again, in heaven!

I am very sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of bringing Holy Communion to Joyce at SWCC. I enjoyed visiting with her and praying together. She always talked about her family and her love for all of you was very apparent. She was special.

So Sorry to hear of Aunt Joyce's passing. We will miss her. We wish her family peace and blessings. Our unions will not be the same!!

Paula and Mark, you had a loving, kind & precious Mother. Many memories of St. Mary’s with your mom.

You are in our thoughts & prayers.
Blessings to the whole family

The world will never be the same because of the beautiful difference one life has made.
