WOOSTER – Justine S. BETSON, 86, of Wooster passed away Monday, September 14, 2009 in Wooster Community Hospital.
She was born October 15, 1922 in Barberton the daughter of Hobert E. and Hazel Barr Starcher.
She had worked for the Wooster Egg Auction for over 30 years and then in the Wayne Co. Auditors Office for 5 years. She was a member of the Loyal Oak Reform Church.
Justine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lloyd W. Betson, in 2002 whom she married July 2, 1942 and a sister, Janet Myers.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 11:00 A.M. service at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Saturday, September 19, 2009 with the Rev. Paul Lintern and Mr. Brad Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
