Wooster “ Kathleen M. Polsky, 84, of Wooster passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at her home.
She was born December 7, 1933 in Jane Lew, WV, the daughter of Dale and Genevieve Burkhammer Ballard.   She was married to Robert L. Polsky for 31 years.   He preceded her in death on January 28, 2011.
She had worked at Orrville Telephone, had been a receptionist at Wooster Community Hospital and had worked at the Wooster Clinic.   Kathleen was a member of the Knesseth Israel Temple.
Surviving is a son, Steve (Debbie) Windom of Apple Creek; grandchildren, James, Jeremy, David and Jana; many great-grandchildren; siblings, Karen Metcalf, Maxine Holmes and Linda Perego and a special friend, Dolly Windom.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Doug, and siblings, Naomie Ballard, Willowdean Phillips, Thelma Rhein, Dorothy Holland and Wayne Ballard.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Wooster Cemetery with Cantor Beth Friedman-Romell officiating.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
