Larry Richard Wile, 83, of Wooster died Friday, March 24, 2017 at LifeCare Hospice.
He was born June 8, 1933 in Wadsworth to Laird and Ruth Stewart Wile.   On December 17, 1953 he married Janet E. Barton.   She preceded him in death September 1, 2016.
Larry retired as a supervisor from Columbia Gas after many years.   He was also co-owner of Century Kountry Barn Antiques with his wife and had helped Dave Acker with his auctions.   He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Garfield Lodge #528.
Larry is survived by his daughter Ty (Tim) Kirkpatrick of Shreve; grandchildren Brandon (Elizabeth) Walton and Brittney (Jakob) Beier; step grandchildren Tobie (Don) Snow, Amanda (Jeremy) Moore and Todd Kirkpatrick; great grandchildren Caden, Micah, Addi and Lincoln; 5 step great grandchildren and a sister Betty Doty of Wooster.
Along with his wife, Larry was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bill Wile.
Private family services will be held.
Interment will be in Wooster Cemetery.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
