WOOSTER – Louise M GILBERT, 77, of Wooster, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2010 in Wooster Community Hospital.
She was born August 25, 1932 in Mansfield, the daughter of Walter and Marie O’Hail Johnson.
She was a retired cook for the Northwestern School District..
Surviving are husband, Albert D Gilbert, to whom she had been married 38 years; children Diane (Stephen) Jones of Danville, VT, Scott Boreman of Wooster and Betty (Ron) Condren of W. Salem, step-children, Phil (Donna) Rowe of Burbank, Leroy Gilbert (Brenda Steffenbacher) and Albert (Julie) Gilbert both of Wooster, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters, Marjorie (Richard) Guenther and Janice Browne of Wooster.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, True Boreman in 1967 and sisters, Marquita Topovski, and Joyce Christman.
Friends will be received Saturday, February 13, 2010 2 hours prior to the 1:00 P.M.. service at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with the Rev. Robert Holmes officiating. Interment will follow in the Wooster Cemetery.
