Marcia Anne Cornelius, 62, of Wooster died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Ohio ™s Hospice LifeCare.
She was born August 20, 1956 in Lodi to James G. and Martha Bechtel Ewing.   On November 19, 1976 she married Floyd Cornelius.   He survives.
Marcia was a 1974 graduate of Northwestern High School and a member of Living Water Church in Dalton.   She had been the owner and operator of Country Acres Restaurant, the retail manager for Cracker Barrel and a shipping foreman for Scott Miracle Gro in Orrville.   She loved her grandchildren and everyone, enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, church, and especially going to the fair and watching her family show hogs.
Along with her husband, Marcia is survived by her children Traci (Jason) Knuth of Wooster and Todd (Amber) Cornelius of Burbank ™ grandchildren Logan Cornelius, Jaylynn Knuth, Morgan Ervin, Josie Knuth, Grayson Knuth and Lainey Cornelius; her father, James, of Burbank; sisters Cheryl (Dan) Becker of Wooster, Beth Cutter of West Salem, Susie (Charlie) Dunn and Mindy (John) Huber both of Burbank along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Friends will be received on  Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 6-9:00 p.m. and on  Sunday  from 2-3:00 p.m. at the Living Water Church, 200 N. Kurzen Road, Dalton.
Services will be  Sunday  at 3:00 p.m. at the Church.   Private family interment will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.    
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be directed to Ohio ™s Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.

  1. So very sad to hear about Marcia. Her mom and dad were good friends of my parents in the days when neighbors knew each other and every farm had milking cows. My sympathy to the family.

  12. We are shocked and deeply saddened to read of Marcia’s passing. She was always so sweet and loving when we saw her, a beautiful smile and a hug. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to all of you.
