She was an avid football fan and loved cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, canning and cooking for friends and family. She loved annual vacations with her girls of 72 and loved traveling; with her beloved husband, she had visited forty-nine states and three fourths of Canada. She especially enjoyed traveling to Texas in the winter to spend time with friends. Marcie was a deeply spiritual person and tried to find the good in every situation. Above all else, Marcie was family focused. She loved her family and enjoyed spending every moment she could with them. Some of her happiest times came surrounded by her family while floating in the family pool, her smile shining brighter than the sun. Marcie was the most loving person and gave the best hugs and always made those around her feel loved and like family. While her time on earth was much too short, her impact on the lives of others will live on, and she will be loved and missed forever.
