  2. God bless you, Mrs Fockler. I met you on 10 Jun 1960 when I was 13. You were the only person of at least 400 people who bought a magazine subscription from me as I solicited door to door. You also gave me lemonade and a cookie and I told you I would never forget you. So thankful that I stopped by your home in 2005 to say, “Hi”. I was visiting Wooster for my mother’s 80th birthday party. You told me that my mother and you were childhood friends. You were so kind to me both in 1960 and 2005. Again, Mrs Fockler, I will never forget you. Heaven has gained another Angel.

  4. Sorry for your loss. I only know Kathy and see the resemblance in Mary. I suspect I know now where Kathy’s big heart and magnetic smile came from. Mary will live on through all who loved her.

  5. I’m so sorry for your loss . I worked at Burger King on Cleveland Road from 93 to 98 . I got to be friends with her and the other ladies that would join her daily .After I left Burger King ,I would walk up to BK to visit with them sometimes. She was a sweet, sassy lady .Mary reminded me so much of Sophia from The Golden Girls . Rest In Peace Mary !

  6. To ALL the GREAT FOCKLER FAMILY! MARY was a VERY SPECIAL person to ALL of us! What grreat neighbors she & Al were to all
of us. I lived beside FOCKLER’S when teaching at Ida Sue. This was my FIRST house to buy! WOW, did MS MARY (what I called her!) and Uncle Al (what I called him) give me SUPER GREAT advice on all of stuff. They even adored the Special Education students I watched in Respite Care. Mary often had treats for my students. A couple times she would show me her procedure to making that DELICIOUSO Spaghetti sauce, also. I would share my cookie recipes (ie, ginger snaps).
