DANVILLE “ Megan Michelle Chittenden, 21, of Danville and formerly of Wooster passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 at her home.
She was born January 28, 1996 in Wooster the daughter of Timothy Chittenden and Tina Jenkins.
Megan was a 2014 graduate of the Wayne Co. Schools Career Center and had worked as a Dietary Aide at Danbury Woods of Wooster.   She was a member of the Smithville Brethren Church.
She loved music, animals, art and her family.   Megan was a strong, loving girl who always had a smile on her face and was loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her father and his fiance, Tim (Lisa Slater) Chittenden of Wooster, her mother and step-father, Tina (Scott) Slone of Danville; a brother, Matthew Chittenden of Wooster, a sister, Ashley Chittenden of Wilmington, North Carolina, step-sisters, Taryen Slone and Sarah Rayman of Wooster and step-brothers Wyatt Slone of Danville and Jake Rayman of Wooster; her grandparents, Jim (Nancy) Jenkins, Bob (Judy) Chittenden and Kenneth (Mary) Slone all of Wooster and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 5-8:00 p.m.
Services will be held on Friday, March 24 at 11:00 a.m. at the Smithville Brethren Church, 193 E. Main St., Smithville, with the Rev. Art Carr officiating.  Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
