Together Again
Mildred Marie (Weideman) Buchholz, 93, of Wooster passed away on April 14, 2018 at Danbury Woods, surrounded by her family.
She was born June 7, 1924 in Kent, Ohio the daughter of Sylvan and Beulah (Knepp) Weideman and married James P. Buchholz on November 15, 1944 at St. Ann ™s Catholic Church in Rittman by Father Ferrel. James preceded her in death in 2005.
She graduated from Creston High School and worked at the Ohio Farmers Insurance Company in Leroy and the Ohio Boxboard Company of Rittman before marrying. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She had been a member of the Wayne County Rural Youth, the Gnat Boxers Square Dance Club and she enjoyed playing cards. She was known for her great baked beans and cherry pies.
She is survived by daughters, Helen (Charles) Grassbaugh, Sally (Thomas) George, Faye (David) Blough, all of Wooster, and Joan (Earl) Haines of Chocowinity, NC; grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob) Newton of Madison, OH, Jeffrey (Michelle) Grassbaugh of Creston, Brian (Nicole) Haines of FL, Lisa (Bret) DeCamp of IN, Kathryn George (Kay Shane) of CA, Gregory (Lindsay) Blough of Wooster, and Renae (Joe) St. John of Toledo; great-grandchildren, Aaren, Kyle and Connor Haines, Nicholas Murray, Lauren and Alexis DeCamp, Tyler and Hannah Newton, Justin Grassbaugh, and Landon and Hadley Blough; a sister, Edith White; and brother and sister-in-laws, John Buchholz, Bernard Buchholz, and Edna Blanchard; many nieces and nephews and card playing friends.
Her parents; brothers, Robert Weideman and Bernard Weideman, and sisters, Ruth Hosfeld and Mary Ann Wise died previously.
Friends will be received on  Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 6-8pm at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., in Wooster.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held  Friday, April 20, 2018 at 10am at St. Mary Catholic Church, in Wooster, with Father Stephen Moran officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff of LifeCare Hospice and Danbury Woods and Fr. Stephen Moran for all their help.

Service
 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held  Friday, April 20, 2018 at 10am at St. Mary Catholic Church, in Wooster, with Father Stephen Moran officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.

Visitation
