Mr. Mulufua Mulu Johnny Gaoa (Tafaoimalo), age 61 of Wooster, Ohio, went home to be with God on Pearl Harbor Day, December 7, 2020 at his home.
Mulu was born January 20, 1959 a son of the late Aimalevai and Fenika Gaoa. Mulu loved watching the Steelers and spending time with his family. He also loved spoiling his grandkids. He served in the U.S. Navy for many years & achieved many accomplishments.   He served on the USS Kitty Hawk.
Mulu held the position of either Production Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Processing Supervisor, General Production Manager, or Extrusion Tech at several different jobs.   Such as Case Farms, Tyson Foods, Precision Products Group, Hamilton Plastics, ConAgra, Smithfield Farmlands, Koch ™s Food Chattanooga, Massimo Coffee Co., and others.
He is survived by his fiancè Jennifer Alean Yockey of the residence; Sons and daughters-in-law, Nathaniel and Tiffany Gaoa of Rock Spring, GA, Stephen and Libby Gaoa of Rock Spring, GA; sons, Solomona Gaoa of Bowling Green, KY, Samuelu Gaoa of Apple Creek, OH; daughters, Sharona Gaoa of Orrville, OH, Samoa Gaoa of Chattanooga, TN; brothers John Gaoa of Western Samoa, Phillipo Gaoa of California; sisters and brother-n-laws, Ese and Tago Seva’aetasi of American Samoa, Violet and Ray Galvin of Carson, CA; grandchildren, Abby, Payge, and Caesi Gaoa, Raygan Gaoa, and Manixx Greene.

  2. My dear sweet uncle Mulu, I will always remember your smiling, kind, loving spirit. What a big beautiful family you’ve been blessed with. I will always cherish the memories of your kindness when we growing up in Carson. To my Cousins and your families, I’m so sorry you all are going through this. The passing of your loved ones is never easy. You’re in my prayers and thoughts. I hope and pray for uncle Mulu’s sweet family and dear friends that you will find peace and comfort in knowing his forever home now is in the Kingdom of Heaven. I love you All.
